$600 Per Foursome ($150 per person)

No Pros Allowed
Tournament Format: Four-Person Scramble
Individual Prizes: Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive (male & female)
Lunch provided on the golf course (Included with golf registration).
- Registration includes practice balls, cart, lunch, course snacks and drinks.
- Hole Sponsorships available with signage for $300.
- Foursome + Hole Sponsorship for $850 ($50 discount)
- Mulligans (limit of four per foursome) and raffle tickets can be purchased online for $5
- General USHOFF donations are available at $50, $100, $250 and $500.
Participation in this fundraising golf tournament provides support for the Utah Sports Hall of Fame Museum and the USHOFF Scholarship Program which benefits college bound Utah high school seniors!
